Rebounder Review: Needak Rebounder

    I got this rebounder after researching all the great benefits it offered. I'm in fairly good shape to begin with, yet the exercise caused me constant pain in the lower back and the backs of my thighs, even though I followed the guides for building up. After two months of daily work I was up to 15 minutes of boring, repetitive moves. I originally bought it as a fun way to exercise and truly wanted to joyfully bounce away. For anyone considering this rebounder, or any other, for that matter, if possible try someone else's before you invest the money in it. I'm now stuck with this rebounder and the stabilizing bar and it cost around $300!

    I own a Needak Half Fold Soft Bounce Rebunder and I love it. It's well made and uses top quality components. The unit is stable and the bounce non-jarring. I called the company direct and they answered all my questions and there was no pressure to purchase. I find rebounding relaxing, energizing, and no more boring (or exciting) as any other solo workout. Sometimes it can be meditatove. I also learned that I wasm't in as good shape as I thought. LOL! Rebounding for me simply pointed out my underlying weaknesses. That said, there is a proper way to bounce on a rebounder. There's a good demo workout on YouTube by Blanche Black that demonstrates how to rebound. All in all, I found a high quality product at a fair price, excellent customer service and it fits my lifestyle.
