Back, Knee or Joint Pain? Try Rebounding

I often get asked if rebounding is good for those that have back pain.

Well, health practitioners seem to agree, the rebounder is -great- for those with back, joint, leg, ankle, knee or flexibility problems:

" The mini-trampoline (rebounder) provides a convenient form of exercise with a major advantage being its apparent low level of trauma to the muscloskeletal system."
Journal of Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation 1990: 10; 401-408
" Chiropractors all over the nation love it. Finally they have found the right exercise for patients with bad back, knee and ankle problems."
Dr Morton Walker D.P.M
" Undoubtedly the most complete and efficient training activity known for building co-ordination, stamina, agility, balance, rhythm, strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness without the usual trauma associated with other forms of vigorous exercise."
Dr. Alfhild Akselsen (Ph.D)

Rebounding can be a great part of your daily activities. Mix it up and add a variety of physical activity, including rebounding, into your life and see and feel the benefits.

To your best health!

I began rebounding at age 67 and am now 70 yrs old. It has improved my balance, strenthened my core and legs and keeps me from merging with the couch. I have written the "Everything Rebounding" blog which covers everything you need to know about rebound exercise and the Rebounder "Buyer's Guide" which tells you what to look for and what to avoid when buying a rebounder. The buyer's guide was chosen to appear in Ebay's "Reviews and Guides" section as well. Here are the links.

Rebounding can be start at any age of life but it only requires a little coordination while rebounding. I am using Needak Reboounder since 3 years and found that it gives better results than any other equipment available in market.
